1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the OUT! apps, website, waitlist, OUT!+ subscription, and related services. By using OUT!, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Stop using the service if you do not agree.
2. Who may use OUT!
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or guardian must approve use where local law requires it.
3. What OUT! provides
OUT! calculates suggested preparation, travel, buffer, and departure times from information you provide and from optional Apple services. Features include reminders, alarms, Live Activities, history, companions, Strict Mode, calendar automation, Proof Cards, and optional Meet Mode.
Timelines are estimates. Traffic, transit, weather, location accuracy, device state, permission settings, and third-party service availability affect results.
4. Your responsibilities
- Check plan details, destinations, travel mode, and arrival times.
- Follow traffic rules, venue rules, transport guidance, and applicable law.
- Keep your device charged, audible where appropriate, and configured for alerts.
- Use safe judgment while walking, driving, cycling, or using transport.
- Do not rely on OUT! for emergencies, medical care, personal safety, or guaranteed arrival.
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Permissions and third-party services
Some features depend on Calendar, Location, Motion, Alarm, Notification, MapKit, App Store, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Supabase, Layers, Loops, Vercel, or related services. Their terms and availability also apply. Declining a permission limits the related feature, while available core features remain usable.
6. OUT!+ subscriptions
OUT!+ provides the premium features shown on the purchase screen. Apple processes payment through your App Store account. Prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and included features appear before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal. Apple controls billing, refunds, trials, renewal timing, and payment processing. Use Restore Purchases to recover eligible access on a supported device.
Canceling stops future renewal and does not normally create a refund for the current billing period. Access continues through the paid period unless Apple states otherwise.
7. Meet Mode
Meet Mode shares event information, participant names, coarse departure status, and optional ETA with people who hold the Meet code. Do not share sensitive information in a Meet title, destination, or display name.
You are responsible for codes you create or share and for participant conduct. Do not use Meet Mode to harass, impersonate, track, threaten, or endanger anyone.
8. Content and ownership
You keep rights to information you enter. You grant OUT! the limited permission needed to process that information and provide the requested feature.
OUT!, its name, visual design, mascots, software, and original content belong to the OUT! operator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep OUT! available and accurate, but uninterrupted service is not promised. Features might change, pause, or end for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or product reasons. Material subscription changes will receive appropriate notice.
10. Suspension and termination
We might restrict access when use threatens users, systems, third parties, or the law. You may stop using OUT! at any time. Subscription cancellation happens through Apple.
11. Disclaimers
OUT! is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OUT! disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OUT! is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, missed events, travel disruption, lost data, or loss caused by third-party services. Any total liability is limited to the amount you paid for OUT! during the 12 months before the claim. Rights that cannot be limited remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms
We will post updates here and revise the effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where law permits.
